Blog Post

Blog Post is the detailed page of a specific article. This page displays the full content of the post, including text, images, videos, publish date, author, and other custom content blocks. It is where users can read the complete information of the article.

How to customize the Blog Post Page ?

1. Open the Theme Editor (Customize)

  • Go to Shopify AdminOnline StoreThemes

  • Click Customize to open the Theme Editor.

This is where you edit templates and sections.

2. Open the Blog post Template

The Blog post page is a built-in system page in Shopify — you do not create it as a normal Page.

  • At the top-center of the Theme Editor, click the template dropdown (it usually shows Home page, Default product, etc.)

  • Select Blog posts → choose Default blog post

This will open the default blog post template that your theme has already prepared for you.

3. Review the pre-built Blog post section

When the default blog post template is loaded, you will see the sections we have already built for this page:

  • S05501. Page Title

  • S07601. Blog Single

  • S08101. Related Blog

These pre-built sections help you structure the Blog post page correctly without needing to add them manually.

4. Add more sections if needed

If you want to expand the layout, you can add extra sections:

  • Click Add section

  • Choose any section available in the theme (Image Banner, Testimonials, Icon Box, Lookbook, Collection List, etc.)

You are free to customize the page layout depending on your design needs.

5. Customize each section

Click a section to edit:

  • Text and descriptions

  • Images

  • Buttons

  • Layout and spacing

  • Background settings

  • etc.

6. Save your changes

After making changes, click Save in the top-right corner.

Your Blog post page is now updated with the built-in sections and any custom additions you added.
